Child Safety Policy

KulConnect and Web Angel Tech have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

KulConnect strictly and unconditionally prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

1. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any format — images, videos, text, or links

2. Grooming, solicitation, or sexual conversations directed at minors

3. Any content that sexualises, objectifies, or endangers individuals under the age of 18

4. Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM or related content

5. Using the platform to facilitate real-world harm to minors

2. Who These Standards Apply To

These standards apply to all users of the KulConnect app developed by Web Angel Tech, regardless of location, account type, or content type. All users must comply with these standards as a condition of using the platform.

3. Enforcement and Consequences

1. Any account found violating these child safety standards will be subject to:

2. Immediate and permanent account suspension without appeal

3. Removal of all associated content from the platform

4. Reporting of the user and evidence to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant local law enforcement authorities

5. Full cooperation with any law enforcement investigation

4. Reporting a Violation

If you encounter any content or behavior on KulConnect that you believe violates these child safety standards, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us directly.

Web Angel Tech is committed to maintaining KulConnect as a safe environment for all users. We continuously review and improve our safety systems, content moderation practices, and policies to prevent child exploitation and abuse on our platform. We comply with all applicable laws regarding child safety, including mandatory reporting obligations.

Effective Date

These standards are effective as of April 22, 2026 and apply to all current and future users of KulConnect.
